- Which conversions are available?
- JPG and PNG images to PDF, PDF pages to JPG images, and PDF to plain text. All three run fully in your browser.
- Can I convert a PDF to Word or Excel?
- Not in V1. Faithful Office conversion needs server-side layout reconstruction, which would mean uploading your document. PDF to plain text covers the case where you only need the wording.
- Why is the extracted text empty?
- Because the PDF is a scan: the pages are images with no text layer. Extracting text from scans requires OCR, which PDFYoga does not perform yet.
- What resolution are the exported JPG images?
- You choose the scale before exporting. Higher scale gives sharper images and larger files; the default is a good balance for screen viewing and reuse in documents.
